Manage Successive Flushes
The flushes: After the first harvest, wait 7-10 days. A second and then third flush will appear!
For each flush, create a new harvest:
- Flush 1 : Generally the most productive (50-60% of the total)
- Flush 2 : Good production (30-40%)
- Flush 3 : Low production (10-20%)

Shelf life: Fresh mushrooms keep for 5-7 days in the fridge. Sell them quickly or dry them!

For quality C mushrooms or unsold ones:
Create a dried mushroom stock

Drying ratio: Mushrooms lose about 90% of their weight during drying. 10kg fresh = 1kg dried.
